Terms of Service
The ground rules for using hvacstuartfl.com and hiring HVAC Stuart FL.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Estimates and pricing
Content on this website — including reported cost ranges for repairs, installation, and other services — is provided for general planning only and is not a quote, guarantee, or fixed price. Actual pricing depends on diagnosis, equipment, access, parts, and timing. Work is performed only after you approve a written, line-item estimate. Estimates are subject to revision if concealed conditions are discovered and will be discussed with you before work continues.
2. Emergency service
We offer 24/7 emergency dispatch and provide honest arrival windows based on current call volume and conditions. Response times are commitments made in good faith, not guarantees. For fire, smoke, gas odors, or immediate danger to life, call 911 first — HVAC service is not a substitute for emergency responders.
3. Scheduling, access, and cancellation
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the equipment and property at the scheduled time, including securing pets and clearing work areas. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment unless it is an emergency situation.
4. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the equipment maker and are registered on your behalf where applicable. Workmanship warranty terms are stated on your written estimate or invoice. Warranties may be voided by third-party service, unauthorized repairs, or lack of required maintenance, in accordance with the manufacturer's or our stated terms.
5. Permits and code compliance
Installation and replacement work requiring permits under Martin County or City of Stuart requirements will be permitted and inspected as part of the scope. Elevation requirements in designated flood zones apply to replacement equipment where mandated by code.
6. Website content
The content of this website is provided for general information and is believed accurate as of publication, but is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Testimonials displayed are representative examples of typical customer experiences and are being replaced with verified reviews; individual results vary. You may not reproduce site content without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from website use or from services performed is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Martin County, Florida, where applicable.
